How soon can I expect to receive my order?   »Top
    Depending on your location within the continental US it may take up to the 15 business days. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or out of the country expect the shipping time to increase by a couple of days.

What can I do about web browser difficulties?   »Top

    As a rule of thumb it is always best to stay on top of updates and the newest versions of certain software. Web browsers for all platforms are free to download from their developers. Some of the most popular are Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Opera and Safari.
    For some reason unknown to us our site runs slower for Apple computers using Internet Explorer. If you are using this web browser please use another browser, such as Safari or Firefox.

Where can I go to for more information regarding supplements?   »Top

    A website we recommend to find more information regarding supplements and general health products is Whole Health MD. They offer complete information on many supplements on the market. They cover what the supplement is, health benefits, forms of supplement (i.e. capsule, tablet, softgel), dosage information, guidelines for use, general interaction, possible side effects and cautions.

How are products shipped?   »Top

    The products will be shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority. If other methods of shipping are needed we will be more than happy to accommodate you to have the product in your hands.

Where do we ship and what are the shipping charges?   »Top

    Shipping is $4.99 within the continental United States.

    There is a $25 surcharge charge for shipments outside the continental U.S. If the shipping charges are greater than anticipated we will email you and tell you how much it will be.

    If you are ordering to sell in a store we have separate pricing and shipment charges. Please contact us for more information.

Do you ship outside the United States?   »Top

    Yes we do, but due to high amount of fraudulent orders from outside the US. your order will be subject to verification before we ship the order. This could result in your delivery being slowed.

Will I be charged sales tax?   »Top

    We are required by law to add sales tax to purchases shipped within the state of Utah. Sales tax will be added to your purchase as you are checking out.

Can I pay by check or money order?   »Top

    You can pay by check or money order. Please go through the check out and fill out all the necessary information, including a coupon code if you have one, update the price, print and mail it to the address below with a check made out to Samana Nutrition with the price from the print out.

What if I want a product you don't carry?   »Top

    If we don't carry what you are looking for please let us know and we will look into the product and see if we can carry it for you. Click here to email.

Does your product have a guarantee?   »Top

    We guarantee our product will retain its potency and contain 100% of the supplement label claim at its expiration date. If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, simply return the remaining unused portion of the product to us with in 30 days from your receipt of the product. Our return/exchange procedure is below.

What are your return/exchange policies?   »Top

    For an exchange or refund we require that you reutrn the unused protion of the product. On a piece of paper, clearly print your name, address, phone number and email address. If you are requesting a refund we will need your order number for processing purposes. For clarification, state whether you want an exchange or a refund. Send to the adddress below.

    Upon receipt of you package we will promptly exchange the product or refund the price you paid to your credit card.

What are the other ingredients, and what do they do?   »Top

    The "other ingredients" are also called excipients. They are included with the product to aide in the manufacturing process of the supplements. Some of the common excipients are included as binders, fillers, lubricants and disintegrants. For more information on excipients, click here.

How does the quality of your products compare to the competition?   »Top

What do you do if you run out of a certain product?   »Top

    If we run out of a certain product after you have ordered it we will contact you to inform you that it is out of stock and send it to you when it becomes available with no added shipping costs.

Are prices subject to change?   »Top

    Yes, our prices are subject to change. Certain variables can cause the price to fluctuate, like cost of raw material, supply and demand, inflation and so forth. We will update prices on the website as soon as we are made aware of it. You can be reassured that we will never raise the prices on an order once it has been placed.

Does my information remain confidential?   »Top

    We protect your privacy as if it were our own.
