Vitamins and Supplements are not Created Equal

I recently found a Q&A on CNN that talks about the absorbent efficiency of vitamins and supplements in the body. The question was if high price vs low price are absorbed better and the answer from Dr. Melina Jampolis, Physician Nutrition Specialist, kind of surprised me.
